last marathon content

45 km of liegé, the hardest of the last three rowing events. liegé is the bronx of belgium, ugly as hell and the barbeque of the rowing club is performed on old garbage bins and paint buckets.

How can 45km be harder than 160km? Please to explain to your interested fans...

because you have time to rest while coxing at the 160km in geneve. so this means 45 mins of relaxation and eating / drinking in the first 3 hours and after that 30 mins every 2 hours....
liegé is giving it all straight from the beginning and after you´ve slow down you start pushing in the last round for 8 km!!! hard!
but a good rush of adrenalin!
